This Privacy Policy explains how Wingo AI Analyzer (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related pages on wingoaianalyzer.com. Wingo AI Analyzer is offered for entertainment and educational use. This policy was written while keeping Google Play Console policies in mind—including User Data, Data safety disclosures, and restricted-content expectations for apps distributed on Google Play. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and stop using the service.

Wingo AI Analyzer has been created for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is an AI-assisted colour and size pattern analysis tool for Wingo-style cycles (including 1 Min and 30 Sec modes). The App does not operate a lottery, accept real-money wagers, facilitate gambling transactions, or guarantee any outcome. Analysis results are informational and are not financial, betting, or investment advice. These disclosures support Google Play’s requirements for clear product purpose and user transparency.

1. Who we are

The operator of the Wingo AI Analyzer app and the site wingoaianalyzer.com is Wingo AI Analyzer. For privacy questions or data requests, contact support@wingoaianalyzer.com.

2. Quick overview

  • AI analysis runs on your device. Digits you enter in Predict are processed locally to generate colour (Green/Red) and, where your plan allows, size (Big/Small) pattern output. Core prediction input is not sent to third-party AI providers for the standard predict flow.
  • Most history stays on your phone. Prediction history, analytics charts built from that history, and app preferences are stored locally unless you are signed in and a feature syncs selected entitlement or preference data.
  • We do not open your game account. You manually type or paste winning digits. Wingo AI Analyzer does not log into third-party colour-prediction or casino apps for you.
  • Account sign-in is optional for identity. Email/password and Google Sign-In are used to authenticate you through Firebase Authentication.
  • Subscriptions unlock plan features. Lifetime and monthly plans (Starter, Standard, Elite, Ultimate) control daily AI analysis limits and feature access such as colour-only vs colour & size analysis and live period insights.

3. Information we collect

Account information

When you register or sign in to Wingo AI Analyzer with email or Google, we may receive a user ID, email address, and display name from the authentication provider so we can create and manage your account.

Content you enter in the App

Winning digit sequences, algorithm mode (Wingo 1 Min / 30 Sec), optional period context, win/loss/unmarked outcomes, and similar inputs you choose to provide. These power on-device AI analysis and the History and Analytics screens on your device.

On-device storage

Wingo AI Analyzer may store prediction results, history entries, usage counters, appearance/theme preferences, notification preference toggles, and cached subscription state in local storage (for example SharedPreferences or equivalent).

Device identifier and usage quotas

To enforce free daily AI analysis limits and paid entitlements fairly across uninstall and reinstall on the same phone, we may collect a device identifier and store related quota fields. When you are signed in, records may sync to Firebase Firestore collections used for free claims and device quotas (including account email/UID, plan tier, Lifetime unlock status, daily usage, and remaining one-time premium credits where applicable).

Subscription and entitlement data

If you unlock Lifetime Access or a monthly plan, we store tier and usage-limit state locally and may sync entitlement status to our backend so access can be restored and abuse of limits can be reduced.

Notification preferences

Choices you set in Notification preferences (such as daily reminders or product categories) are saved on your device. Depending on the App version, signed-in sync or push delivery may also store preference or messaging token data.

Technical and network data

When Wingo AI Analyzer requests live cycle/period information from third-party game-data endpoints, those hosts may process standard network metadata such as IP address. Fonts loaded via Google Fonts may also receive device/network metadata under Google’s policies. App builds that enable Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics may receive diagnostics used to improve stability.

Purchases

If subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, we receive purchase or renewal status needed to unlock plan features. We do not receive your full payment card number.

4. How we use data

  • Provide on-device AI colour and size pattern analysis in Wingo AI Analyzer.
  • Show History, Analytics, live period insights (when included in your plan), and profile settings.
  • Authenticate your account and restore entitlements when you are signed in.
  • Apply free, Lifetime, and paid plan limits fairly on each device.
  • Remember appearance preferences and notification choices.
  • Improve reliability, investigate crashes, and support the App.
  • Respond to support emails and send important service notices.
  • Comply with law and protect the security of users and the public.

5. On-device AI analysis and what we do not collect

Wingo AI Analyzer generates colour predictions (and size predictions when your plan includes Size Pattern Analysis) on your device from the digits and mode you supply. For the standard Predict flow, that prediction input is not uploaded to our servers or to external AI APIs.

We do not scrape or log into third-party game platforms (for example 91 CLUB, Tiranga, DiuWin, or similar apps). Any game history used inside Wingo AI Analyzer is information you type or paste yourself.

Live period numbers and countdowns shown in the App are provided for convenience and may not match every third-party game display exactly.

6. Plans and usage limits

Wingo AI Analyzer may offer free daily AI analyses and paid options such as Lifetime Access and monthly plans (Starter, Standard, Elite, Ultimate). Plan descriptions in the App explain included features—for example Colour Pattern Analysis, Colour & Size Pattern Analysis, and Live Pattern Insights. Usage counters and entitlement flags are stored as described above so limits remain consistent if the App is reinstalled on the same device while you are signed in.

7. Third-party services

Wingo AI Analyzer may rely on providers including:

  • Google Firebase — Authentication and Cloud Firestore for accounts and entitlement/quota sync; Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, or Remote Config when enabled in a given release.
  • Google Sign-In — optional account login.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app subscriptions and billing when store purchases are enabled.
  • Google Fonts — typography used in the App interface.
  • Live period data hosts — optional cycle/status requests used by the live insights feature.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Review Google’s Privacy Policy and the applicable store policies.

8. Notifications

Notification preferences in Wingo AI Analyzer are stored on your device. If a release enables local daily reminders, scheduling happens on-device. If remote push (FCM) is enabled and you allow it while signed in, we may use a messaging token to deliver optional updates. You can change categories in App settings and in your phone’s system notification controls.

9. Google Play Console alignment

This Privacy Policy was prepared with Google Play Console policies in mind so users and reviewers can clearly understand how Wingo AI Analyzer handles data and what the App does. In particular:

  • User Data & Data safety. We describe collected data types, purposes, on-device vs server storage, and sharing with service providers so the Play Data safety form can be completed accurately.
  • Prominent disclosure. Account, device-quota, and entitlement processing are explained before or as users engage those features through sign-in and plan unlock flows.
  • No deceptive purpose. The App is labelled for entertainment and education. It is not a real-money gambling product and does not claim guaranteed wins.
  • Families / children. Wingo AI Analyzer is not directed at children and is not designed as a Families-program children’s app.
  • Account deletion & controls. Users may request account or data assistance by email, and can clear local App data or uninstall. Store subscriptions are managed in Google Play where billing is used.
  • Permissions & SDKs. Third-party SDKs (such as Firebase and Google Sign-In) are listed so their roles match Play Console declarations.

Google Play policies may change over time. We aim to keep the App and this policy consistent with current Play requirements; if a conflict arises, applicable Google Play rules for distribution on Play will guide required updates.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data for contract performance (providing Wingo AI Analyzer), legitimate interests (security, fair-use enforcement, and product improvement, balanced against your rights), legal obligations, and consent where required (for example optional notifications).

11. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. On-device history and preferences remain until you clear App data, uninstall Wingo AI Analyzer, or use in-app clear/delete options where available. Server-side entitlement and device-quota records for signed-in users may remain while your account is active or as needed for fraud prevention, billing, and compliance—including after uninstall on the same device.

12. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate Wingo AI Analyzer under appropriate safeguards, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Subscription management for store billing is handled by Apple or Google.

13. International transfers

Firebase and other providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards used by those providers apply.

14. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, to object to certain processing, or to request portability. In Wingo AI Analyzer you can:

  • Clear or manage local history where those options exist.
  • Change appearance and notification preferences.
  • Manage or cancel store subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.
  • Request account deletion or privacy help at support@wingoaianalyzer.com.

Deleting your authentication account removes login access. Some device-linked quota records may remain to prevent limit abuse after reinstall. Ask us if you need help with additional deletion.

15. Children

Wingo AI Analyzer is not intended for children under the minimum age required by law in your country (including where that age is 18). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe we have, contact support@wingoaianalyzer.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

16. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including Firebase/Google infrastructure and encrypted network transport for remote requests. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your device and account password.

17. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be published at wingoaianalyzer.com/privacy.html with a revised “Last updated” date. Where law requires, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of Wingo AI Analyzer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
